How to read a Kertivo grade, what we do not promise, and how to ask for a correction.

Grades are information

An Index grade describes one dated paid run: whether a Base USDC payment settled, and whether the endpoint returned a usable response. The method and the run date are on the Index at /trust-index.

Grades are earned, never bought. A grade is not a promise about what an endpoint will do next, and it is not a ranking you can buy.

Not advice

This site is not financial, legal, or investment advice. Check and Shield report what the chain and the scanned window showed. They do not tell you to send a payment or to withhold one.

No warranty

There is no warranty. Pages and API answers are what we published. A scan can be partial. An index or an RPC can be down.

A claim records evidence. It does not hold funds, and it does not decide a dispute.

Right of reply

If a grade, a claim, or a page is wrong, email contact@kertivo.com. Graded providers can ask us to publish a reply. A reply does not change a grade. Only a later paid run does.

A seller can also answer a claim with a signed POST /claim/:id/response from its payTo. The route is documented at /openapi.json.
